Privacy Policy
How Quiet Advance collects, uses, shares, protects, and gives you control over information.
Effective September 10, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to Quiet Advance’s website, dashboard, subscriptions, support, and product analytics. Quiet Advance is responsible for the account information described here. Public restaurant-market records in the product come from government and public business sources and are handled as described below.
2. Information we collect
- Account and company data: account identifier, name when available, email, company, buyer category, sign-in status, and policy acceptance.
- Subscription data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan interval, payment status, renewal or period-end date, and billing events. Quiet Advance does not receive or store your complete card number.
- Product data: watchlists, saved filters, account settings, feedback, support messages, and actions such as page visits, sign-up and checkout steps, lead views, watchlist creation, and exports.
- Technical data: basic request, device, browser, security, and first-party visitor information reasonably needed to deliver, measure, and protect the service.
3. Restaurant-market records
Quiet Advance processes restaurant and business information from public government records and publicly available business pages. This can include entity names, disclosed principals, premises addresses, application details, business telephone numbers, public websites, public business email addresses, and source links. Confidence and verification labels explain how a record was matched. A public business contact is not represented as a private or verified personal owner contact.
4. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide previews and subscriber features; process and manage subscriptions; personalize filters; maintain watchlists; generate exports; measure product performance; respond to support and correction requests; detect misuse; secure and debug the service; comply with law; and improve Quiet Advance. Product analytics do not intentionally record payment credentials or the contents of a downloaded lead file.
5. When information is disclosed
We disclose information to service providers that help operate Quiet Advance, including authentication, hosting, infrastructure, and payment providers, only for the relevant service. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a financing, merger, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell account personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and local storage
Quiet Advance may use first-party cookies or local storage for authentication, security, preferences, and limited product measurement. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Browser controls can remove stored data, though doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Account and product settings are generally retained while the account is active. Subscription, security, policy-acceptance, support, and transaction records may be retained longer for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes. Public market records may remain in historical snapshots where needed to explain changes. Information is then deleted, anonymized, or isolated where deletion is not immediately feasible.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access controls and managed payment processing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected account or data security issues promptly.
9. Your choices and requests
You may manage billing from your dashboard and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing us from the account address. You may also request correction or review of a market record; include the business name or application ID, the field at issue, and a supporting public source. We may verify identity and may retain information required by law, security, accounting, or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
10. Children
Quiet Advance is a business service for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. United States processing
Quiet Advance is operated in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised and material changes will be communicated when reasonably required. For privacy requests, record corrections, or questions, email alexela1.yelo1@gmail.com.
